The goals of the program are varied in nature and will focus on being age/gender specific and team oriented. Specifically, the goals are  to:

1. Define and employ proper running technique for the sport of  soccer.

2. Address linear and multidirectional speed demands of the sport focusing on technique.

3. Prevent injury by emphasizing proper technique and training.

4. Enhance reaction speeds and changes in direction specific to the sport of soccer.

5. Incorporate appropriate strength programs into training to enhance the development of players game and speed.
